Homeschool families from Phoenix and all around Arizona are invited to this annual event.  What a great way to meet other homeschoolers and have opportunity to hear speakers on several interesting careers and colleges, and get some college prep information under your belt.

CHET-SE's 11th Annual Youth Seminar is coming in 3 weeks! Early registration price still good through Friday of this week! Download the brochure registration form from CHET-SE's website home page: http://homeschool-life.com/az/chetse/

What is the Youth Seminar?
A fun and fascinating all-day event (lunch is included!) of a series of sessions, in which you choose from a wide variety of speakers, demonstrations, and hands-on workshops, with each presenting on careers, topics of interest, organizations, college prep, and more!

Who can attend?
ALL grade 6-12 homeschool students and parents -- you do NOT have to be CHET-SE members, so invite your friends!

How much is it?
Registrations postmarked on/before Feb. 19 = $16 for the first person and $8 for each additional family member.
Registrations postmarked after Feb. 19 or at the door = $20 for the first person and $12 for each additional family member. Remember, this fee also includes you lunch, beverage, and a snack! A limited number of scholarships are available; contact Terry Ufford at 760-3791 for information.

Are parents required to attend?
No, you may drop off your students. However, those parents who do attend always really enjoy the Youth Seminar. It's a great opportunity for parents to gather information about college/career prep, meet college reps, and enjoy listening to sessions with their students!

I am always amazed at the creativity of homeschooled families who realize there is a need and work together to find a way to meet the need.

Thanks for the interest Tom, Jamie and Tracy.
