Heroes are defined as military personnel, teachers, firefighters, police officers, and health care workers.
The program is absolutely free for heroes who serve our nation and its communities everyday. A hero simply registers on-line and immediately starts receiving substantial rebates, savings and discounts from REALTORS, lenders and real estate service providers.
Affiliated REALTORS will donate 25% of their gross commission to the Hero when they purchase or sell a home. In addition, Heroes will not pay more than a .5% loan origination fees when using an approved lender and will receive discounts from other service providers, such as home inspectors, closing attorneys, termite inspectors and insurance agencies.
