1 tsp chopped rosemary

1 hard boiled egg

In a skillet, saute` garlic, add the liver with the butter or olive oil. Add the chopped rosemary and let cool. Cut the liver into small pieces and place in the blender with a hard boiled egg. Blend until smooth. Using a teaspoon, place in an ice cube tray and cover with foil.

A good rule of thumb is for your dog should have about 1 tsp per 10 lbs of liver per week. Once a week, take the appropriate amount of liver cubes out of the freezer and place in the refrigerator to defrost and serve at the end of the day. Your dog will go crazy for liver cube day!
