Looking for last minute gifts?  You may have all you need in your cupboard for this recipe.  Homemade Kaluha is easy to make for your friends and enjoy yourself. 

  • 3 cups brown sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/3 cup instant coffee
  • 1 tbsp Coffee & Chocolate Spice
  • 3 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp chocolate flavoring
  • 750 ml 100% proof vodka

In a large sauce pan combine sugar, water, Coffee & Chocolate Spice and coffee.  Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours stirring occasionally.  Cool.  Add Vanilla extract, chocolate flavoring,and vodka.  Package in tightly sealed bottles.
