Making your own juice at home means you control what ingredients go into it. This recipe is easy to follow, and does not require the use of a juicer.
Note that a serving of juice is 1/4 to 1/2 cup.
1 small banana, peeled and cut into rounds
10 chunks of canned pineapple in water, leftover from another recipe
3/4 cup of the juice from the can of pineapple
Put all ingredients into a blender.
Cover and pulse until well mixed.
Try using a small orange or other citrus fruit in place of the pineapple.
This is a great juice served with a breakfast wrap.
