SPOILER ALERT: If you were not apart of the two million people who watched the latest episode of Showtime's Homeland, you are missing out on quite a lot. The most recent airing was the fifth episode of the third season and shed a bit more light on the character we love to hate: Carrie. Oh, not to mention Brody's annoying and suicidal daughter, Dana, had her saga come to a complete screeching halt when she discovered her boyfriend is not as awesome as she thought him to be about a week before when she first fell in love. The most important events of this show were the kidnapping of Carrie from her own apartment and Dana's return from her less interesting romantic escapades.
With Carrie kidnapped and obviously in danger, who will come to her aid? Will the intelligent ex-government official be able to wiggle her way out of this one? Least interestingly, now that Dana's first love was exposed the unstable homicidal teen everyone else knew about, will this throw her off the deepend? If you missed it, be sure to catch up before this Sunday when the next episode entitled "Still Positive" airs at 9 E.T.
Boardwalk Empire also returns for a thrilling episode entitled "Marriage and Hunting". In the last episode of Boardwalk Empire, Eli is seen being roughed up by the law as they try to make a deal to get to Nucky's empire. Most interestingly, Dunn double-crosses Chalky but most audiences saw this coming. The two gentlemen had been at odds for quite some time and Dunn's loyalty was wearing thin but Chalky's patience was already worn. In the end, the apparent two-timing singing diva, Maitland, sets Chalky up only to later realize she can not bear to cause him harm.
