Home Repair Help for Livingston County Residents

The Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency will be providing home repairs low to moderate income families in need of major home repairs. To qualify the applicant must live in the cities of Brighton or Howell, or the villages of Fowlerville or Pinckney. Families must have a household income of $72,000 or less depending on the number of residents in the home.

Funding for this project is provided by a state grant and will help with roofing, siding, gutters, lead based paints, heating systems, windows, exterior doors, and ramps to make homes handicap accessible.
