Home Depot offers free workshop for kids in February 2

On Saturday, February 2, Home Depot will be offering a free workshop for kids, teaching them how to build a Valentine’s Day Card Holder. The event is from 9 a.m. until noon. Quantities are limited, so showing up early is recommended.

The Kids Workshops are offered once a month, and they are intended for kids between the ages of five and 12. Kids get to learn do-it-yourself skills and tool safety.

The kits for the workshop are free, and kids get to keep what they make. They also get a workshop apron, a commemorative pin, and a certificate of achievement.

March’s workshop will be on March 2, also from 9 a.m. until noon, and the project will be a race car.
