Lure Nightclub in Hollywood rolled out the red carpet Thursday night for the first annual benefit and runway show to help raise money for 'Yorkie Rescue of America'.
A non-profit organization that helps rescue Yorkshire Terriers from animal shelters to be fostered and to help find loving homes for adoption.
The charity event began around 7 p.m. with animal lovers walking the red carpet some carrying their pint-sized animal companions with them — most of them Yorkshire Terriers.
Other small breed dogs were also in attendance as well. After all it is all about the animals and the love and happiness they bring.
The event included an open bar, a trunk show, a silent auction, a live DJ and a fashion show with designs by Gordana of Project Runway.
Talent House Recruiters, Interior Illusions, Klean Los Angeles, HMMS and Dr. Robert Nettles sponsored the benefit.
