Claire Danes wasn’t the only mom in Hollywood rocking the red carpet for the 2013 Golden Globes. From Alyssa Milano to J Lo, moms in the entertainment industry were out in force and strutting their stuff, making the Golden Globes the ultimate mom’s night out.
The most celebrated mom of the night was actress Jodie Foster, who received the Golden Globes Lifetime Achievement Award for her career spanning five decades. She glowed wearing a navy blue beaded Giorgio Armani gown and a sleek and stylish bob. While her acceptance speech made waves, her gown, while not a fashion risk, was stunning. Foster is the mother of two sons.
Sienna Miller became a new mom this past summer. She was pretty in pink with a delicate flowery two-piece Erdem, a sleeveless top and sheath skirt. Miller was nominated for her work as Tippi Hedren in “The Girl,” and was reportedly heartbroken to be away from her baby for the first time.
Jennifer Lopez, a presenter at this year’s Golden Globes, hit the stage in an ultra-sheer lacy Zuhair Murad number, leaving almost nothing to the imagination, but nevertheless looking elegant and flawless. J Lo is mom to young twins.
Speaking of leaving nothing to the imagination, Kate Hudson, not to be outdone by fellow presenter J. Lo, wore a form-hugging Alexander McQueen frock with a revealing cut-out in the front. Shocking? Perhaps. Makes a statement? Definitely! Hudson is the mother of two young sons.
