Well its that time of year again. It's the new year and everyone has their resolutions to get back into shape. Well here is a great goal to help you keep up your resolutions to live healthier lifestyles. The Hollywood Half Marathon is going on April 7, 2012. The time is now to register and start training. Registration costs are as follows: $95 till 1/15/12, $105 at the Expo.
Run the 13.1 mile half marathon through historic Hollywood. The race starts at Universal Studios as you run down Cahuenga blvd, through Highland to the famous Hollywood Blvd along the walk of fame, and the infamous Sunset Blvd. Then back up Highland to Cahuenga where the race will end at the world famous Universal Studios.
After the race you can get dropped off in style at the Universal Studios CityWalk Music Plaza, there will be free limo shuttle service to take you to your red carpet event and receive your custom Medal for completing the marathon.
The Hollywood Health & Fitness Expo will be held at the Universal Hilton the day before on April 6, 2012. Exhibitors and vendors will offer free samples, showcase the latest in running gear, sports apparel, health & nutritional snacks and beverages. They will also be offering special deals for the runners.
