Holly Madison has fans shocked and surprised after revealing the name of her child on Friday. Earlier in the week the Peep Show star gave birth to a health child and was delighted to have the new addition to her family. Now it appears she is sharing a little more news about the child and the new name. According to E! News, the child’s was given the name, Rainbow Aurora Rotella.
"Growing up, there was a girl in my school named Rainbow and I was so envious of that name. I thought it was so pretty and unique," said Holly Madison on her reasoning behind the child’s name. While influence is important when it comes to naming children, hopefully few parents think about to their childhood days of envy for inspiration.
While the mom is reported to be doing well, it appears that she is not getting much sleep. Admiring her child and updating the fans, she has kept pretty busy even though she just gave birth.
“I just wanted to say thank you for all the wonderful messages you guys have been posting! I appreciate them all!” wrote Holly Madison on her official website Friday.
Names of celebrity stars are definitely a personal matter. Some stars don’t reveal names at all (think Adele) while others pick very colorful names that have people wondering (think Alec Baldwin,) and then there are those stars who name the child, enjoy every minute with the kid and never think twice about other people's opinions.
