Holistic Health 101: How to live a healthy lifestyle through wholesome diet (videos)

When we speak of holistic health, we touch on the body-heart-mind-spirit connection. As the world offers many answers to our life's questions, we learn reasons why  we need to live a healthy lifestyle.

When healthy lifestyle discussion is underway, the health of the physical body becomes the main topic. Physical fitness and more wholesome diet are suggested as ways to fight diseases, obesity and other medical conditions believed to be brought on by unhealthy abundant eating of processed and high saturated fat content foods.  The lack of physical movement helped by automated lifestyle and fast food service is also thought of as a contributing factor to the same. 

The people around us provide a mirror to our own challenges and achievements as like minded individuals attract one another.  If you are finding it difficult to engage in physical wellness, look around you and see what the people with whom you associate are doing and consuming.  How is time spent and what is the quality of interaction among people?  Then, take the time to look at yourself and assess the same things.
