Holiday in the Park at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom

The entire family will enjoy creating special memories at Holiday in the Park at Six Flags in Vallejo. The park transforms to a winter wonderland with characters making frequent appearances as well as Santa Clause and his helpful elves. From a snowy sledding hill to singing carols around the warm fire pits, the thrills of the holidays can be found throughout the park.

The park is open from 2pm-8 pm during this special holiday season through January 6th. If you would like to spend some time with the animals in their natural habitat try to get to the park right at two because their homes are closed to visitors starting at 4 pm. There are many shows throughout the evening including A Dolphin Holiday and the Sea Lion Express along with rides and activities for all ages.

Most activities and rides continue if it rains lightly. To better enjoy shows and rides in wet weather, pack a towel to sit on along with umbrellas, rain gear and lots of warm layers. There are many activities in sheltered areas including the craft station where you can decorate cookies, Santa hats and stockings. To top off a magical evening, get tickets to the holiday dinner show. It takes place in a warm, dry and festive indoor setting with a full traditional Christmas dinner buffet. The food is healthy, tasty, and you can help yourself to a full tummy after a long day of excitement and merriment.

You can save $15 if you buy your tickets online. At the gate, general admission is $57.99, children under 48″ are $37.99 and kids 2 & under are free.
