Drink and be merry seems to be the Christmas holiday theme for everyone except mothers who are nursing their little one. However, there are non-alcoholic options perfect for nursing and pregnant mothers to indulge in during holiday celebrations. Below is a guide on how to convert your favorite cocktails into mommy mock-tails:

1/2 (64 fluid ounce) bottle white grape juice, chilled

In a large punch bowl, combine 1 bottle ginger ale, pineapple juice and white grape juice.

Virgin Piña Colada

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons white sugar

In an electric blender, blend ice, pineapple juice, milk, cream, and sugar. Blend until smooth.

Cranberry Calypso
