The Houlton Shiretowners girls basketball team defeated the Hodgdon Hawks behind a 20 point effort from Katie Condon just five days ago.
The two teams will meet again this evening at Houlton high school. The game can be seen live on whoufm.com

The contest between the Pirates and Red Devils will go a long ways in determining the tournament fate for both teams.

The top 11 teams will qualify for the class C tournament.
Central (5-8) currently sits 12th in the standings.
The defending state champions have plenty of opportunity to reach the tournament. The Red Devils have five games remaining including three (PCHS, Penquis and Sumner) against teams that are currently ahead of them in the standings.
Calais will look to improve their record to 14-0 when they host 10-2 Machias.
