Man driving in Midtown Oklahoma City, South on North Classen Boulevard was struck by second vehicle, ramming the first car into a light pole.

Traffic stopped in the North Bound lanes, as the overhead street lighting was then only righted by the electrical wires.

Oklahoma City Police Department and Oklahoma City Fire Department presented on the scene within minutes, attending to the remaining driver, whose car was rendered completely useless by the strike.

Witnesses said the driver that left the scene appeared to have trouble controlling his vehicle.

The remaining driver was without noted injuries and was actively talking to the police, along with other bystanders.

No news alerts have been issued about the second vehicle at this time.
