Hazelton's daughter was not injured in the accident, but she was flown to UMass Medical Center in Worcester. It has been reported by the nashua telegraph that she is in good condition.

Visibility is not a factor in this accident, the weather on Wednesday was clear and sunny. The leaves are just beginning to appear. The intersection has minimal traffic, Wyman Road is an unpaved dead end street.

Most of our roadways are in a state of disrepair. Crystal may have been avoiding the ruts along the roadway while she was pushing the stroller, but she would have been clearly visible to any driver.

Hopefully that person will turn themselves in to the authorities.
