According to Lime Rock Festival Chairman, Murray Smith, the Mosses enjoyed their visit as special guests at the track so much for the Historic Festival 30 in 2012, that the pair welcomed a chance to return.

In addition to the popular autograph sessions, the famed British driver will participate in driving demonstration laps on Friday, Saturday and Monday "in cars of particular import to his racing career, including the strong likelihood of the appearance of his 1953 Sebring 12 Hour-winning OSCA MT-4b, entered by Briggs Cunningham," according to the press release.

The release also noted, "While Maserati is celebrating its 100th anniversary at various venues in 2014, Lime Rock will instead devote attention to the cars of the Maserati Brothers after they left their eponymous firm... OSCA."

The Festival will honor the notable engineer Carlo Abarth together with a large group of the cars he designed and campaigned at Cisitalia and Abarth.

Smith also revealed that he is in discussion with “two "significant manufacturers" to determine which will be this year's Featured Marque at the event.”

About the Lauren cars, Smith said, "Ralph'’s cars are simply fabulous and we are pleased to announce his desire to show some of them, uniquely, at Lime Rock Park." The track plans to show a small grouping from the Lauren private collection, which it says is a set of "extremely special cars that [are] rarely, if ever, seen in public." ”

The Lime Rock Historic Festival 32 takes place at the circuit over Labor Day weekend, this year from August 29 through September 1.
