• Hewlett-Packard – This Palo Alto-based company is ranked number nine of the Fortune 500 list. They have 150 job openings including human resources, administrative, information technology, research and development, marketing and more.
• Time Warner – Time Warner is looking for graphic designers, media, animators, editorial, ad sales, administrative, IT and product workers to fill their 480 open slots.
• Sears Holdings – Based in Hoffman Estates, this company has more than 500 job openings. Some of the positions include merchandising, marketing, eCommerce, in-home technicians, associates and IT.
• State Farm Insurance – Based in Bloomington, IL, State Farm is also hiring. They have over 800 job openings and are looking for new insurance agents, claims, accounting and legal.
• MetLife – Ranked 39 on the Fortune 500 list, this New York-based company is hiring. They are looking to fill more than 1000 positions in IT, HR, sales, administrative and finance.
• WellPoint - This Indianapolis company has 1225 job openings .  They are looking for nurse case managers, customer care representatives, claims representatives, accountants and health outreach specialists, to name a few.
• Bank of America – Ranked 11 on the Fortune 500 list, Bank of America has 1860 openings in home loans, technology, human resources, communications, marketing, credit cards and small business banking.
• Wal-Mart Stores - Ranked number two on the 2009 Fortune 500 listing, mega-store Wal-Mart is hiring. They are hiring human resource managers, store managers, pharmacists, cashiers and customer service associates to staff their new locations.
• Boeing – The folks at this Chicago-based company have 2400 openings to fill. Some of the positions include administrative, communications, intellectual property, marketing, engineering and support.
• UPS – United Parcel Service, UPS, has over 3000 job openings. Positions include warehouse personnel, part-time package handlers, sales reps, IT pros and more.
• New York Life Insurance – Ranked 76 on the Fortune 500 list, this New York-based organization has customer support, IT, legal, accounting and auditing positions available. They have 3640 positions to fill.
• Northrop Grumman – Headquartered in Los Angeles, Northrop Grumman has 3700 job openings in IT, engineering, HR, finance and production, to name a few.
• Lowes – This North Carolina-based company has 7900 job openings. Some of the positions include team members, corporate, seasonal and more.
• HCA – This Nashville-based company has 9000 openings. They are looking for patient care supporters, clinical technicians, RNs, LPNs and more.
