Hippity Hop - Easter's On Its Way!

Can you believe that it's February already? - seems like we just celebrated Christmas last week - seriously! I must say as winter trucks along and we continue to have cold, dreary, wet days here in Huntsville - on those brief occasions that the sun peaks out and temps rise, I long for spring.

And, two of the things I look forward to most are Easter and Spring Break. And, believe it or not, both of those are only two months away! That's right, for many of us in North Alabama, Spring Break falls the week of Easter this year - which means March 23 - March 30 with Easter on Sunday, March 31, 2013.

What are your plans for this Spring Break and Easter week?? Will you stay home, play sports, head to the beach or the mountains? Have you made any plans yet?

Now is the time to jump on it - and one of my favorite Spring Break spots of course is - Walt Disney World! We were there last Spring Break and it was A.W.E.S.O.M.E., and a family trip to Disney is really one of the most cost effective vacations you can take.

One of the coolest things about visiting Disney during the spring is Epcot's International Flower and Garden Festival. Celebrating its 20th anniversary and sponsored by HGTV, the Festival offers something for all ages - thousands of beautiful flowers, seminars, hands-on activities for kids, and concerts are just a few of the special activities.

And, Disney is offering a Spring Room Offer that can provide up to 30 percent off select rooms at Disney along with discounted theme park tickets (if you purchase at least 4-day Magic Your Way tickets) -- this discount can be used for Easter Break if you check-in on or before March 23, 2013.

Even if your Spring Break isn't until April - this discount may still apply to your travel dates - and is even available for those taking early summer vacations right as school gets out as well (offer is available for most nights from February 18 - March 23 and then April 2 - June 14, 2013).

So, if you want to know more about the Spring Room Offer or about Epcot's International Flower and Garden Festival or just about Disney in general, please give me a call. As a Disney Vacation Specialist, I will be happy to help plan your family's Spring Break trip and make is as stress-free and magical as possible!
