The Hip-Hop Inaugural Ball was off the hook on Sunday night. The celebration of the President Barack Obama being sworn into office on Monday had party goers looking to embrace the historic moment. The red carpet had some serious star power walking down the halls too. La La Anthony, John Legend, Victor Cruz and Rosario Dawson all took part in the second Hip-Hop Inaugural Ball.
While some might think the stars were just mingling together and giving out awards, there was a charitable side to the Hip-Hop Inaugural Ball. All ticket proceeds went to PHILANTHROPIK, a non-profit committed to supporting programs and initiatives that empower the community and inspire young people to be philanthropic. Spreading the wealth, it was a chance to celebrate while support the young adults.
