It is about that time again! Back away from the Halloween candy bowl, step into your running shoes and get moving! If you participated in or missed last year's race the 3rd Annual Hip Hop Classic is coming up again on Saturday, November 13th. UPDATE: RACE CANCELLED
BUT you should still use this time to get your mind right for the 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk and move into the holidays with a jump on a few of the most popular New Year's resolutions, be more active, spend more time with family, reduce stress AND help others.

The proceeds from this event continue to be used for the benefit of the Union Rescue Mission located on Skid Row in Downtown Los Angeles. Look for the 3rd race in 2011.
