Kirk Hinrich’s unlucky bout with injuries continued as the veteran point guard entered Bankers Life Fieldhouse in a walking boot and would miss the game with a sore toe on his right foot.
Coach Tom Thibodeau said Hinrich didn’t know how the injury occurred and just woke up with the soreness.
Hinrich had put together three straight games scoring in double figures before suffering his seventh different injury this season and missing his 16th game overall.
Nate Robinson got the start for Hinrich, who is listed as day-to-day.
