Finnish rock band HIM have big plans for 2013: not only are they releasing their eighth studio album “Tears On Tape” in April, they are also going on tour. Recently, they revealed the dates for the Tears On Tape tour, which includes a stop in Chicago. The tour kicks off May 3 in LA, but they'll be here May 8 at the House of Blues. Tickets go on sale this Friday February 22. At this time it is unknown whether or not more dates will be added to the tour. Also, the name of their first single from the upcoming album has been revealed. “Into The Night” is the lead single and a release date will be announced soon.
“Tears On Tape” is currently available to pre-order only through Metal Hammer, who are promoting a Fan Pack edition of the album that includes 132 page magazine on the band, a double sided poster, the full album, and two bonus tracks.
