Hillsdale College women cruise past Northwood in GLIAC basketball (slideshow)

The Northwood Timerwolves were no match for the Hillsdale College Saturday, as the Chargers  jumped out to a quick lead and never relented. The Chargers claimed a 63-48 victory, which places them at 11-11 (11-7 in the GLIAC), while Northwood moves to 11-11 (7-11 conference).

Hillsdale is now within one game of the division lead in the GLAC South, needing only to pass Findlay.

Senior Brooke Knight expertly played her role as the team's leader, recording 14 points. Janay Miller and Chelsea Harrison both added 11 points in the effort.
