What could be better than a great Sunday Brunch? Answer; a Great Weekend Brunch. A new weekend, yes that means both Saturday and Sunday from 8am till 2pm both days, has been announced at Hillbilly Tea Cafe in Louisville KY. Now this event is so new that the brunch will not even start until Christmas weekend 2011.
Hillbilly Tea is a relatively new restaurant to Louisville, however it has created rave reviews and alot of buzz because of it's unique cuisine and concept. The best wat to show how uniqe the food is here is to give "you all" a look at part of the bruncheon menu,
Scotch egg-deep fried boiled egg wrapped in bison sausage w/braised greens. or how about, Hillbilly toast-spice cake,butternut squash honey, country ham butter. Next try, Pork belly-corn pone, arugula sorghum viagerette, sunny egg. Now this is just a taste of the unique menu that makes Hillbilly Tea a "no-brainer" choice for a different weekend meal experience.
Now if you choose to stop by later in the day there is a dinner menu that is just as unique, the dining is casual and the prices are reasonable. A complement to the food is a choice of over 24 specialty tea's to go with your brunch or any meal. Tea could just be the reason to stop in some afternoon. Hillbilly Tea is fast becoming a Louisville must see.
