Is it possible voters will see a ticket for Hillary-Michelle in 2016? The idea seemed more real when former Clinton spokeswoman, Karen Finney, talked with the Washington Examiner about Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama uniting for a 2016 presidential run. According to a March 13 report, Democrats are excited at the possibility.
“All due respect for President Obama and Vice President Biden, but that would truly be a dream team for America,” Finney said. “Both women are proven effective leaders who’ve raise children, so dealing with Congress would be a snap!”
Michelle hasn't let on that she's remotely interested in running for Vice President and Hillary Clinton hasn't said she wants to give it another shot in 2016. Bumper stickers reading “Hillary-Michelle 2016 First First Lady Ticket For President” and “2016-Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama” have increased in sales.
Polls have indicated that the idea of having a Hillary-Michelle 2016 ticket would have a good chance at beating any GOP campaign.
It's too early to tell if such a campaign will actually take place, but Democrats can dream for now.
