An Arkansas angle it is. Former first lady Hillary Clinton is Barbara Walters' "Most Fascinating Person of 2013."

Walters counted down her top 10 list last night on ABC. This was the second time Mrs. Clinton topped the list. The first time was in 1993, when Walters started doing the "Top 10 Fascinating People of the Year" shows.

Jennifer Lawrence, Miley Cyrus, Pope Francis, Robin Roberts from "Good Morning America," Prince George, Edward Snowden, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were the others on Walters' list.

When asked what former President Clinton might be called if she was elected president, Mrs. Clinton jokingly said "first mate?"
