Outgoing U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s Jan. 31 speech to the Council on Foreign Relations will be webcast live on C-SPAN, the network said Wednesday in an email announcement.
The speech is scheduled to be delivered at 2 p.m. ET.
The speech will also be viewable on the CFR’s website.
The CFR is a foreign policy study group with about 4,700 members. While former President Bill Clinton and daughter Chelsea Clinton are members, Hillary Clinton is not.
"The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is an independent, nonpartisan membership organization, think tank, and publisher," its website a states.
Video presentations about the CFR by Angelina Jolie, Chuck Hagel, Brian Williams, Fareed Zakaria and Erin Burnett can be viewed on the organization's website.
The organization publishes a magazine, Foreign Affairs, six times per year. It also publishes or sponsors a variety of books, and hosts informational meetings about foreign policy.
The organization also publishes 13 newsletters for the public on several topics that are delivered by email.
