The mileage of this amazing trail is approximately 10 miles. It is easy at the begging so it is amazing for jogging. Along the middle of the way it gets a bit strenuous so you may want to try hiking instead of jogging. The hiking and jogging trail then gets easier near the end of it so you can go jogging or hiking near the end. The jogging and hiking trail is operated by the Sierra Foothill Preservancy so it is well maintained. The area is out of this area.
