The Oregon State Police have identified the individuals who were involved in a two vehicle crash this morning four miles east of Clatskanie.

Police say that the driver of the Oregon Department of Transportation’s 2008 Ford F450 is Winona Pranghofer, 60, of Rainier. She was following a street sweeper positioned in the eastbound lane in order to alert approaching traffic when her truck was struck from behind by a 2012 Ford Budget rental truck pulling a trailer loaded with a passenger car.

The rental truck’s 29-year-old driver has been identified as Matthew Hendrickson, of Boise Idaho. His passenger is Kristin Herup, 45, of Astoria. Both Hendrickson and Herup were transported to St. Johns Medical Center in Longview with injuries that were determined to be minor. Pranghofer was also transported to the same hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Police report that all have been treated and released.
