High profile real estate mogul Chappy Adams killed in early morning car crash

Gossip Extra is reporting that high profile South Florida realtor Francis “Chappy” Adams was killed around 4 a.m. Thursday morning in a car crash.

Adams, 48, was educated locally at the Benjamin School and graduated in 1987 from Boston College. He was divorced and is survived by a young daughter.

The death has rocked the state’s real estate world. Adams was president of Illustrated Properties, one of Florida’s largest real estate firms with 20 offices.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Adams’ Mercedes crashed into a tree that shut down PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens.
