High pressure to bring sunshine and mild temperatures for Valentine's Day (Photos)

High pressure will build back into the region today with dry conditions and mild temperatures. A clipper type system will then approach from the Great Lakes into Friday with a chance of some spotty rain and snow showers, before colder weather gradually returns into the weekend with a cold frontal passage, along with the chance for some snow on Saturday morning as a fast moving wave of low pressure develops off the mid-Atlantic coast.
