Synopsis…

High pressure will build into the region from the south today with drier weather and milder temperatures returning. Sunshine will give way to some increasing clouds into this afternoon. The ridge of high pressure will then slide east into tonight with plenty of clouds ahead of an approaching frontal boundary.

A warm front will then approach from the west into Wednesday with increasing chances for rain showers or an isolated thunderstorm into the afternoon hours. Considerable cloud cover will also lead to slightly cooler temperatures. Unsettled weather looks to continue into late week as another upper level low moves through the region with warmer temperatures looking to return into the Memorial Day weekend.
