Stoner metal gods High on Fire has been added to the upcoming Metal Alliance tour according to a January 2nd post on the tour's web site, http://www.metalalliancetour.com/index.html.
High on Fire will be playing alongside Anthrax, Exodus, Municipal Waste and Holy Grail.
High on Fire will embark on a headlining European tour with Goatwhore and Lo-Pan from February to early March and a headlining US tour from late March to mid April before hitting the road on the Metal Alliance Tour. High on Fire will be supporting their 2012 album "De Vermis Miisteries."
High on Fire will also be playing at Roadburn 2013 in Tillburg, Netherlands April 18, two days before the Metal Alliance Tour starts.
High on Fire frontman Matt Pike's stoner/doom band Sleep will be playing Maryland Death Fest 2013 in May.
