High Fiber exhibit at San Jose Museum of Quilts and Textiles contines on line

High Fiber, the benefit art exhibition and sale continues only until November 4th, so get yourselves down there if you can. If not, you can still see the works—including those already sold—on line at http://www.sjquiltmuseum.org/gallery_highfiber2012.html.

High Fiber is a juried show that has been the museum's signature fund raiser for the past five years. The show includes fiber art in the form of quilts, tapestries, sculpture, basketry, jewelry, wearable art and clothing, wall pieces, crochet, knitting, and mixed media. Once it's purchased, it comes right off the wall, and goes home with the new owner, so this on-line portion of the show is currently the only way you can see about half of the stellar pieces. Everything is $500 or less, so this is a great time, for a great cause, to add to your collection.

The on-line display will remain until December 4th.
