Hidden Sony code hints at August 26 release date for new Dylan album

Code embedded in an official Sony link reveals an August 26 release date for Bob Dylan’s upcoming album, most likely to be titled “Shadows in the Night.” A new recording, a cover of “Full Moon and Empty Arms,” a song most closely associated with Frank Sinatra, was posted yesterday on Dylan’s official site.

Emanuele Marchiori contacted me to let me know he found artwork with the August 26 date as part of the artwork. Marchiori claims to be a web developer as well a member of the Italian band, The Beards. He found the artwork while “working around HTML and Javascript” embedded in an official Sony page.
