House Hunters (Weeknights 10/9c)

HGTV’s House Hunters continues as a ratings powerhouse on the network lineup. As viewers know, regardless of the economic climate, the pursuit of the perfect home involves making big decisions. House Hunters International (Thur and Sun 10:30/9:30c)

In any language, home buying can be an emotional experience. As a spin-off of the original series House Hunters, House Hunters International travels the world from Sao Paolo to Prague. During the series, potential buyers and their real estate agents check out a myriad of architectural styles and navigate the idiosyncrasies of international real estate.

My First Place (Tuesdays and Thursdays 8/7c)

My First Place follows first-time buyers and their agents on their stress-filled, yet exciting, search for the perfect home. Viewers get the latest information on financing in a down market and proven ideas from real estate professionals to help them with their first purchase.

For Rent (Mondays 10:30/9:30c)

For Rent guides desperate but hopeful renters to a home that fits their budget.  Along the way, they learn how to conduct a search, negotiate a lease and find out what attributes to seek or avoid when evaluating a rental property. It can be an emotional ride, but through all the ups and downs, each episode gives viewers plenty of support and tips to help them with a successful home rental and redesign.

Property Virgins (Weeknights 8/7c)

Property Virgins takes viewers inside the intense world of house hunting as seen through the eyes of first-time buyers. The series highlights the roller-coaster journey of the buyers’ first foray into real estate, offering tell-it-like-it-is insights and practical take-home advice.

Real Estate Intervention (Tuesdays 9:30/8:30c)

Real estate experts empower and educate confused homeowners on the true value of their home in each episode of Real Estate Intervention. New this season, professional stager Cora Sue Anthony will work with three realtors from across the country to show buyers how to prepare and stage their home for a quick sale. With the perfect combination of the right price and the right look, even troubled sellers can close the deal.

All-American Handyman (Sundays 9/8c)

Hosted by Molly Culver, HGTV’s All-American Handyman will return for a second season as finalists test their building and fixing skills to earn the title of best non-professional handyman. During the intense six-week competition, the contestants will do their best to impress three experts—HGTV’s Mike Holmes (Holmes Inspection), Scott McGillivray (Income Property) and a weekly special guest expert from Sears.

Holmes Inspection

Holmes Inspection, the newest series featuring popular contractor Mike Holmes, shines a spotlight on homeowners facing massive repair bills and dangerous living conditions because of incompetent home inspectors.  Each show offers a snapshot of a unique dilemma faced by buyers who call in Mike for his personal assessment and ability to “make it right.”
