A new HGTV Mortgage Madness Sweepstakes code word will be given during HGTV’s “Love It or List It” series broadcast tonight, March 11, either during the show or commercial breaks, and a new online entry period begins from 8:00 p.m. ET March 11 through 7:59:59 p.m. ET on March 12 for a chance to win $50,000.00.
Weekly entries will be accepted on Mondays in March, per the schedule below, with the sweepstakes period ending on March 26 at 7:59:59 p.m. ET.
To enter, eligible entrants must watch HGTV tonight, beginning at 8:00 p.m. ET, and look for and note the sweepstakes code word that will appear on the screen at various times during the programming (via snipes) or during the commercial breaks. The code word will randomly appear from 8:00 pm ET/PT - 11:59 pm ET/PT on Mondays) throughout each entry period.
Then, eligible entrants must visit the sweepstakes web page and follow the instructions to complete the required registration form and provide the correct code word for the applicable weekly entry period, and submit the online entry, in accordance with the HGTV Mortgage Madness Official Rules.
One grand prize winner will be chosen from a random drawing of eligible, correctly completed entries (which also contain the correct code word per entry period) following each eligible weekly entry period.
The remaining Entry Period Number and Weekly Entry Periods are as follows:

#3 8:00:00 pm ET on 03/18/13 to 7:59:59 pm ET on 03/19/13 with Random Drawing on or about 03/22/13
#4 8:00:00 pm ET on 03/25/13 to 7:59:59 pm ET on 03/26/13 with Random Drawing on or about 03/29/13

A total of four $50,000 grand prizes will be awarded throughout the designated contest period, which began March 4. There is a limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person/household, throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

HGTV’s “Love It or List It” series features homeowners who are trying to decide whether to stay in their home or list it for sale. Realtor David Visentin helps search out new home options and designer Hilary Farr oversees renovations to their existing home.
