Hervé Léger by Max Azria pre-fall 2014 collection, part 1

The challenge for Max Azria with the Hervé Léger line each season is to keep the heritage of the body-con label fresh and intriguing. For pre-fall, the challenge was met with a number of new silhouettes for the bandage collection, as well as prints and fabric treatments.

For pre-fall, the Lubovs introduced a number of forestial prints to bandage designs - to calf-length skirts, both flared and pencil, and body-con designs. Jacquards were engineered to create abstract landscapes while watercolor sunsets were combined with monogram motifs on signature bandages.

But the significant change to the Hervé Léger collection includes new silhouettes like tightly knit pullovers and hoodies printed with various forestial scenes. Voluminous tops, flared skirts, casual looks, and hardware details which brought a jewelry element to the bandage dress all refreshed the house rich in heritage.

The dark palette of navy, black and alabaster were enriched with cool shades of blue, teal, lavender and accented with pale shades of pink, coral and lime also breathing a fresh air into the label.
