Heroin in Happy Meals: McDonald's drive-thru employee sold heroin in Happy Meals

Heroin in a McDonald’s Happy Meal is what you would get at a local Pittsburgh McDonald’s drive-thru if you had the money and you knew the code for ordering the heroin. It seems one enterprising employee had quite the system going for selling the heroin out of the McDonald’s that she worked at, according to CNN News on Jan. 30.

Police got wind of the drug-selling golden arches worker and undercover cops went through the drive-thru and gave the password of “I’d like to order a toy.” Shantia Dennis, 26, would then collect the money and send the bags of heroin out in a Happy Meal.

The undercover cops got 10 stamped bags of heroin using this system for the drug-buy and Dennis was caught. She also had 50 bags of heroin with her for future drug buyers knowing the code words, “I’d like to buy a toy.”

Dennis was immediately arrested and the heroin confiscated. She was charged with two counts of possession, one count of criminal use of a communication facility, one count of prohibited acts of delivery and one count of possession with intent to deliver. The McDonald’s restaurant where she worked declined comment.
