“Teen Mom” is a reality television show on MTV, a spin-off of “16 and Pregnant”. Although the series is supposed to focus on “the challenges and struggles of teenage parenthood”, many have criticized the series as glorifying teenage pregnancy. The recent actions of “Teen Mom” star, Farrah Abraham may give people even more to criticize. Farrah Abraham, mother of Sophia, just spent over $20,000 on a new face and breasts.
Farrah Abraham reportedly spent $16,000 on a smaller nose and a bigger chin and $5,000 on a breast enlargement. Abraham is not the first “Teen Mom “star to purchase breast augmentation. Janelle Evans criticized Abraham for having three plastic surgeries at the age of 21, despite her own breast augmentations.
"There are lots of teen mothers on MTV who are very not intelligent," Abraham said. "And I'm one who really works hard, who really educated myself and really cares about people." Abraham is the author of two New York Times best sellers and may be in negotiations with MTV for her third reality television series. Abraham was featured on both “16 and Pregnant” and “Teen Mom”.
