Herbed Party Nuts

  • 1 cup Hazelnuts
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Spread the nuts on a cookie sheet and roast at 400 degrees F or until toasted. Allow time to cool slightly and wrap in a towel to remove any skins as necessary. Heat the olive oil in a skillet then add the nuts, thyme, rosemary, salt & pepper. Cook stirring for 2-3 minutes and serve in a bowl.
