  • 1 TBSP dried minced garlic
  • 1 TBSP dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 TBSP dried oregano
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

For each batch you will also need 1 tablespoon of water, 1/2 cup of olive oil, and a French baguette or other bread of your choosing. Combine the first seven ingredients and then store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

Attach the preparation instructions to the herb mix and give as a gift ant time of year. Include this Herb Oil Infuser and it makes a great gift for nearly anyone on your list.
