Henry Wagons makes a stop at the Masquerade (Photos)

This Friday night kick the weekend off right with some killer music at the Masquerade. All the way from Australia comes the music of Henry Wagons. Deep vocals over western infused rock music, I guarantee it is like nothing you have ever heard before.

Out on the road supporting the latest release – Expecting Company?Henry Wagons rolls into Atlanta on their way to Texas for that little music fest they have going on out there. The latest record is full of some sweet tunes that sound like they came right out of the deepest darkest bars in Texas. Brooding melodies dominate the music as Wagons delivers an album that sounds like Nick Cave does Country & Western. The set list should cover most of the new material so look to hear tunes like “Unwelcome Company”, “A Hangman’s Work Is Never Done” and “Marylou Too”. Listen out for a few other gems that may grace the evening’s selection of tunes.

Henry Wagons may not be at the top of most folks list of musicians, but once you give his music a listen you will be hooked. Give Expecting Company a listen then get your ass to the Masquerade this Friday night for a mighty fine evening of music. If you miss this one you will be sorry.
