Henry's Tavern of Plano, Texas is looking for a matching donor to save a local 6 yr old boy named Aiden Peterson. Priding themselves on using hand made, healthy ingredients in their restaurant, Henry's is hosting a charity event to try and help save this little boy's life. All family members are not a match for this child, and all current volunteers are not matches either. So, with that in mind, this restaurant is reaching out to the community for help!
In a press release from Aiden's mother, she states that this adorable little boy has been battling blood cancer all of his life. These parents are desperately searching for a matching bone marrow donor to help save Aiden's life, as well as the lives of others.
Henry's Tavern, combined with the Peterson's, and Delete Blood Cancer have put together an event to try and raise funds as well as find a match for this sweet little boy on Saturday, March 2 2013. They will have a live local band, as well as plenty of great food.
Everyone is invited to come out, enjoy the band, and the healthy food while supporting an amazing cause at this family friendly event located at 5741 Legacy Dr., ste. 100, in The Shops at Legacy, Plano, TX.
