For many of us, history is or was a boring subject. Then there are others who are obsessed with uncovering the past. Either way, the History Channel has taken some extraordinary leaps in making history an entertaining television concept.
Black Flag's Henry Rollins is expanding his resume, and starting a second season of History Channel's '10 Things You Don't Know About.' November 2, the show will kick off another season on H2, History Channel's sister network.
The show, first aired in February of 2012, was previously hosted by historian David Eisenbach. Henry Rollins gladly filled the roll, eager to present historical facts to unbeknown citizens. Previous topics have included Adolf Hitler, John F. Kennedy, the O.K. Corral, and even the Mormons.
Rollins, an accomplished musician, actor, journalist, comedian, and activist, leaped at the chance to share knowledge with the world. When asked what he looks for in a soul mate, Rollins answered "...tell me 10 things I don't already know, and make me laugh." How perfect, then, for him to be the new host of this informative series. The show will incorporate Henry interacting with various people and educating them on historical facts and figures.
If you want to learn something, really like history, or just a die-hard Black Flag fan, tune in to H2's '10 Things You Don't Know About' November 2 at 9 p.m.
