Within the gates of the Ingleside Inn’s private desert-side estate, a mix of Coachella festival-goers and industry influencers came together to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Nas’ legendary “Illmatic” album. As guests enjoyed a poolside brunch and custom Hennessy cocktails, they were given a sneak peek of “Time is Illmatic”, the documentary behind the history of his 1994 album. The film will kick-off the Tribeca Film festival in New York City on April 16th.
Nas is the fresh face of the Hennessy V.S. “Wild Rabbit” campaign, which represents ones inner drive and the urge to continuously push the limits of our own potential, aligning perfectly with Nas’ known hard work and dedication to his craft.
The event was star-studded to say the least. With great vibes and soundtrack compliments of DJ Jermaine Dupri, this was undoubtedly the coolest Coachella pool party of weekend 1.
Notable guests included Damon Wayans, Lance Gross, Eva Marcille, Karrueche Tran, Karen Civil, Los Rakas and Romeo.
