Global Gifts, a fair trade store that helps provide valuable and fair-waged employment for struggling artisans in developing countries throughout the world, is sponsoring its eighth annual Helping Hands Festival on Sunday, November 14, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Brebeuf Jesuit Prepartory School located at 2801 W. 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268.

The festival will showcase a variety of vendors, including churches and other local non-profit service organizations, selling fairly traded handcrafts made by artisans in developing countries such as Central America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia and more.

The festival will be internationally themed and include performances by local groups and students groups. A variety of international food will also be available for purchase.

Christmas is right around the corner! Why not browse some beautiful, unique gifts that will also help fight poverty by providing fair wages to workers around the world!
